Guidelines for sending email to Nir Dagan

Email messages that are not written according to the guidelines below may be deleted without being read at all.

• Write a meaningful subject to your message.
• The subject should not look like advertisment.
• The subject should be written in characters that belong to the US-ASCII character set.
• Write the body of the message in plain text. Do not use HTML, or even worse, both plain text and HTML.
• Keep your messages small in size. Messages above a critical size are deleted automatically by my server.
• Use non-text attachments only for information that cannot be conveyed in plain text. Your signature, reference to URLs, printable fill out forms, and simple tables should be written in plain text.
• If you want me to read something available on the Web, please refer to its URI rather than include it in your message. If it is not available online and is of a large size, consider puting it online.
• All attachments must be in one of the three formats: plain text, HTML, or PDF. Files of all other formats such as word processor files are deleted without being read.
